• Submitting an application does not guarantee representation or booking by South Beach Models.
• All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Providing false information (including regarding age) is grounds for immediate rejection and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

4. Consent & Bookings

If accepted for representation:

• All bookings require your explicit, informed consent before being confirmed.
• You retain the right to decline any booking at any time before confirmation.
• Specific terms of representation will be outlined in a separate talent agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and code — is the property of South Beach Models and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Photos & Uploaded Content

• By uploading photos with your application, you grant South Beach Models the right to use those photos solely for the purpose of evaluating your application.
• We will not use your photos for marketing, advertising, or any other purpose without your separate written consent.
• You represent that you own or have rights to any photos you upload, and that they do not violate any third party's rights.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or misleading information
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the Site or its servers
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Site

8. Limitation of Liability
